Order Confirmation
When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation via email within 24 hours. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, your order will be shipped within (Normally 2-3 business days)

Shipping & Handling
Most items ship within 2-3 business days. However, on occasion unexpected demand for an item will delay shipping and an item is placed on backorder. We do not charge your card for backordered items until they are shipped. And if your order is sent in more than one shipment, you will only incur one shipping charge.
Standard delivery is by United Parcel Service and takes approximately 3-5 business days.
Our shipping rates are based on the total dollar amount of your order as outlined below.

Oversized items will have additional shipping costs. These additional costs are displayed on the product detail pages and reflected in shipping total prior to checkout.

Taxes
Please note that we are required to charge 6.5% sales tax to residents of Ohio.

Returns
Our return policy is as follows:
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days in the original packaging and we will refund the full price less shipping and handling.
