Begin with your
favorite blend of loose tea, Put cold water in your tea kettle and bring to a boil. Then fill your teapot with hot tap water to pre warm your teapot before pouring in the boiling water. Empty the hot tap water from pre warmed teapot, when add 1 teaspoon of tea leaves for every cup of desired tea. Then pour the boiling water directly onto the leaves. Steep the tea for 4 to 5 minutes, then strain into cups.
